Return & Refund Policy

At Ello Beauty, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

  • Final sale or promotional items (where noted at purchase)

  • Gift cards


3. RETURN PROCESS

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ello Beauty is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ellobeauty.com, including photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.


7. EXCHANGES

At this time, Ello Beauty does not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.


8. REFUND TIMING DISCLAIMER

Processing times may vary due to payment providers, holidays, or high-volume periods. Ello Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
